On Thursday – Friday, February 20 – 21, 2025, the ITB STIKOM Bali Futsal team participated in a futsal tournament which took place at Tanjung Sari Futsal Jl. WR Supratman No.323, Kesiman Kertalangu, East Denpasar. Before the tournament took place, on February 17, 2025, a technical meeting was held which was attended by all team participants, where STIKOM got a draw in group B with RSUD Wangaya, RS Universitas Udayana, and RS ARI CANTI.
On the first day, February 20, 2025, Futsal STIKOM played against RSUD Wangaya with a score of 4-3, the most surprising thing was when Futsal STIKOM played against RS Ari Canti and won a landslide victory with a score of 8-1, and the last match Futsal STIKOM played against RS Universitas Udayana with a score of 6-2, so Futsal STIKOM advanced to the last 8 round.
On the second day, February 21, 2025 in the last 8 round, Futsal STIKOM played against BIMC Kuta with a score of 6-1, from that match Futsal STIKOM advanced to the semifinals against RSUD Tabanan but. However, Futsal STIKOM continued to compete for 3rd place against RSUD Bali Mandara with a final score of 4-1 which showed that Futsal STIKOM Bali managed to win 3rd place.
With this result, Futsal STIKOM’s journey managed to win 3rd place. However, this valuable experience can be used as a very valuable lesson to improve students’ abilities. The spirit of sportsmanship and hard work continues to be shown by the Futsal STIKOM Bali team to continue to inspire all UKM members on their journey.
