Management of Information Systems, Class I General Meeting of Shareholders Denpasar Collaborates with ITB STIKOM Bali

Denpasar – Class 1 State Storage for Confiscated Objects (Rupbasan) Denpasar collaborates with ITB STIKOM Bali to assist in managing office administration systems, especially information systems Rupbasan Class 1 Denpasar. Memorandum of Understanding Number: W.20.PAS.PAS.14-UM.01.01-224 and 514/ITBSTIKOM/WDS/VIII/22 concerning the Three Pillars of Higher Education has been signed by the Head of Class I Rupbasan Denpasar Ni Nyoman Budi Utami, Amd, IP ., S.sos., MH and Chancellor of ITB STIKOM Bali Dr. Dadang Hermawan, Tuesday, 30 August 2022.

The scope of this Memorandum of Understanding is the implementation of education, research and community service; organizing scientific activities, seminars and workshops; student recruitment and apprenticeship program; preparation and development of curriculum; provision of experts as practicing lecturers; provision of recruitment of graduates who meet the requirements; and provision of practical workplaces

As an implementation of the MoU, on the same day it was also followed by the signing of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) regarding the Implementation of Education Through Job Training and Internship Programs at Rupbasan Class I Denpasar number: W.20.PAS.PAS14.TI.04.02-08 and number : 515/ITBSTIKOM/WDS/VIII/22, by the Head of Class I Rupbasan Denpasar Ni Nyoman Budi Utami with Erma Sulistyo Rini, S.E., MM.Kom, Director of Academic Administration and Student Affairs ITB STIKOM Bali as the technical implementer of this collaboration.

Deputy Chancellor III for Cooperation and Innovation of ITB STIKOM Bali I Made Sarjana, SE, MM explained, there were two important points in the PKS, namely to provide space and time for ITB STIKOM BALI students to apply the knowledge gained on campus to the work environment; assisting the implementation of office activities in the field of administration, especially in the field of Information Systems at Class I Rumbasan Denpasar in an effort to create a skilled and professional workforce.

“So basically, the Denpasar Class I Rupbasan as a place for practical work activities and internship programs for our students,” said Sarjana.

For the realization of this collaboration, Head of Denpasar Class I Rupbasan Ni Nyoman Budi Utami said he really appreciated the concrete steps taken by ITB STIKOM. Because, according to him, this approach to cooperation was only carried out two months ago but was immediately followed up with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and a Cooperation Agreement.

“We are happy, finally the Denpasar Class I Rupbasan can work together with ITB STIKOM Bali so that in the future it can help organize the information system in our office to facilitate service to people in need,” said Ni Nyoman Budi Utami.

Just to note, Class I Rupbasan Denpasar, which is located at Jl. Ratna No. 19 Sumerta Kauh, East Denpasar is the Correctional Technical Implementation Unit, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia which is in charge of organizing the formulation and implementation of Rupbasan policies, as a place for storing and managing confiscated objects and state spoils based on RI Menkumham Regulation Number 16 of 2014 concerning Procedures for Management of State Confiscated Objects and State Seized Goods. Administrative management of confiscated objects and confiscated goods includes the process of receiving, identifying, researching, evaluating, registering, classifying, storing, and transferring. While the physical management of confiscated objects and confiscated goods is the process of securing, maintaining, saving, transferring, deleting, and removing confiscated objects and goods seized by the state in accordance with statutory regulations.
