Denpasar – UKM Moslem Community of STIKOM Bali (MCOS) is once again holding its biggest annual event, Competition of Islamic Creativity (COMIC). Marking its 13th year, this event is themed “Building a Sustainable Future with Adaptive, Competitive and Noble Islamic Personalities”. COMIC XIII involves participants from various levels such as Elementary, Middle and High School or equivalent at the regional level.
Chairman of the Committee of COMIC XIII 2025, Lulut Aji Aditya, “This COMIC has been held 12 times and 2025 will be the 13th year of COMIC. COMIC XIII 2025 also held a futsal competition with a burning spirit so that it became a momentum for the organizers to continue to increase potential in the national arena with 9 teams for the Junior High School Futsal category and 10 teams for the High School Futsal category with a total of 190 players and 12 Officials. Other competitions were held offline at the ITB STIKOM Bali campus. The enthusiasm of the COMIC XIII participants can be felt with the presence of 448 participants spread across various regions of Bali Island, from elementary to high school levels,” he said
The atmosphere of COMIC XIII remained lively as usual, not only participants but supporters also enlivened this event. With this event, it is hoped that it can be a place for participants to channel their interests and talents and compete positively. On the other hand, this can also increase the creativity of participants and relations between schools.
The opening started at 08.00 WITA, took place in the ITB STIKOM Bali Hall and was attended by structural officials and management staff of ITB STIKOM Bali. COMIC 2025 went smoothly and lively. The event was officially opened by Vice Chancellor 3, Mr. Yudi Agusta, Ph.D, marked by the beating of the gong.
The next event was the competition session which was divided into two sessions, namely the morning session and the afternoon session. The competition started at 09.00 – 16.00 WITA which was interspersed with time for rest. Not only that, there was also a food and beverage bazaar stand located in the ITB STIKOM Bali parking area. This year there were 15 competitions and 3 categories. This activity ended at 17.25 WITA and was closed with the announcement of the winner and the beating of the gong carried out directly by the Supervisor II of UKM MCOS ITB STIKOM Bali, Mr. Edwar, S.Ag., M.Kom.
